Welcome to Bristol Young Professionals
Are you concerned about some of the problems and issues in Bristol, like drugs, crime and the poverty in some areas of the city? Have you ever wished you could do something to make a difference?
Well now you can – by joining with others and contributing to the Bristol Young Professionals Charitable Fund managed by Quartet Community Foundation.
Quartet has linked up with Bristol Young Professionals with the aim of encouraging as many people as possible to contribute to the fund, and using the money raised to award grants to local charitable projects doing fantastic work in the city. The projects are selected by Quartet in consultation with contributors to the fund. To date more than £20,000 has been raised and four projects have been supported with grants:

There are currently more than fifty people contributing to the Fund on a monthly or annual basis. The Fund currently stands at £13,500 in long-term endowment and funds are building for the next grants which we expect to make in early 2008.
By contributing to the Fund you will be joining with other like-minded people and making a real difference to local communities. If you want to, you can also get more actively involved in deciding where the grants go.
