Microloans

With unprecedented numbers of people, of all ages, unable to access bank funding many viable businesses will not be able to start or flourish. We want to help those people who need some financial support.
So we have linked up with another charity, Fredericks Foundation, to create a loan fund to support business start-ups and expansions. Our fund will support disadvantaged local people who have a viable business plan to access funding to get started or expand their business.
We are offering loans:
- Up to £10K for a start-up
- Up to £20K for an expanding business
How can you get involved?
- Contribute to our loan fund
- Offer yourself or your staff as business mentors
- Sit on a lending panel
- Apply for a loan
Fredericks have the expertise in micro lending and Quartet Community Foundation has the local knowledge of need, business support and fundraising.
This initiative is supported by the Regional Growth Fund.
If you would like to know more about the fund or make a donation please contact Caroline Duckworth 0117 989 7702 or caroline.duckworth@quartetcf.org.uk
