Existing fundholders
The fantastic work carried out by groups receiving grants from Quartet Community Foundation is possible only through the generosity of our many fundholders. They have helped to build playgrounds, befriend older people, take young people on expeditions and provide support for homeless people, isolated communities and people who have disabilities. They have helped to give children a good start in life and given some who needed it a chance to start again. Since 1987 the vision, commitment and generosity of local people and businesses has made it possible for thousands of projects to happen with grants totaling nearly £29 million. Although each fund is set up to reflect the donor's wishes, they all gain impact through being managed and invested together.
The following list features some of these fundholders, together with the projects they have helped.
